We work hard to ensure that our dedicated project managers are available to you throughout the project lifecycle. However, in the rare event that your project manager is unavailable, we have contingency plans in place to ensure that your project stays on track.
If your primary project manager is unavailable, we will appoint a secondary contact to serve as your point of contact in their absence. This secondary contact will be capable of managing the project and will work closely with the primary project manager to ensure that the project stays on track.
