What is PFL MEP’s communication process with clients during a project?

We understand that each of our clients has unique communication preferences. As such, we offer various communication channels to accommodate their needs.

Depending on the owner's preference, we can use phone, email, or Microsoft Teams to communicate with our clients. We work with our clients to determine the best communication channel, ensuring that they are comfortable and convenient with the method we use to communicate with them.

Meetings are scheduled as often as the owner prefers, giving us ample opportunities to progress updates, discuss any concerns that surface during a project. Whether a quick update or a complex presentation with various stakeholders, we're available as needed, and our team is prepared to answer any question and provide solutions when they come up.
